I’m on a hunt, a hunt for anything that works with the Niramyth Aesthetic body. A hunt so I can aid my fellow big bodied brethren that want some damn fine swag to wear. These things aren’t made for the body, but they’ll fit…hopefully.
First off we have the hoodie which is from Swagga. I’m surprised this one fit actually. It seems if its big enough AND fitted mesh it can fit fairly well. Good store, they have a lot of other stuff that MIGHT work, but haven’t really checked to deeply. Either way, it’s a damn good hoodie despite some of the details being a bit weak. For the Aesthetic body so far I’d say it’s the best hoodie out there, and it has texture change with grey and red color options.
Secondly we have the pants and boots. They’re from Hoorenbeek, and let me tell you something. Hoorenbeek stuff is good for the Aesthetic body or most likely any big bulky body because the sizes are SO BIG. The large size is huuuge, I used to always use a medium size on my big SL body cause they’re that big. The pants are quite nice, they come with a lot of options. Boot version, different belts, different waist heights. The boots go very well with a lot of their boot tucked pants or most likely ANY boot tucked pants. HOWEVER! One thing I have noticed with Hoorenbeek pants is that the crotch pokes out quite a bit. Not sure why that is, in pictures it doesn’t matter that much, but in regular standing animations it can look….goofy. Still, very stellar quality and some of the best you can get to fit the body right now.
I may do another pic with this look, a much heavier edited one..but I just wanted to squeeze something out on this blog today. The thing with this body is it’s hard not to want to display the majesticness of those high def muscles. Definitely leaps and bounds above the blocky weirdness of the default SL body. Luckily there’s no “No shirt, no shoes, no service” rule on SL, so not wearing a shirt isn’t such a big deal.
The mask, oooo LAWDY, the mask. What a mask. It’s from The Forge and its at the We Love Roleplay event. Not sure if it’s going to be at the mainstore or not, so you might want to go zoom over to the event quick before the month ends. It speaks for itself, it’s badass, scary, and detailed deliciously. Not the biggest fan of the Baphomet on the forehead, but I can live with it. Would be cool to see that part of it be it’s own texture so you could change it to whatever symbol you want or just get rid of it, same with the blood..paint..whatever that is. Maybe it’s tomato soup.
The pants are from a place that I enjoy and frequently buy stuff from, Tonktastic. An older store that has always made amazing quality stuff since day one. Some of the prices might scorch your wallet a bit, not gonna lie about that. It’s worth it though, they always put a lot of detail in what they make. Most of their pants fit on this huge Aesthetic body so..yeah, highly recommended you go check em out.
Overkill. When you just keep on killing after everything is already dead. That’s a good way to describe this bat from The Forge. It’s got razorblade stuck in it, barbed wire wrapped around it, the word “Baller” on it cause well…that must add some sort of extra power. The model itself is very nicely detailed even down to the lil barbs on the wire. The textures? They’re good, not the best I’ve ever seen, but still damn good. Just wish the woodgrain on the bat popped a bit more.
I absolutely LOVE the fact it comes with an “on shoulder” version, cause let’s be real..holding weapons on your shoulder is ALWAYS damn cool. That version of the bat is just a prop, the actual combat bat doesn’t have a stance animation. I’m not sure if any of The Forge weapons actually have stance animations which I think is a problem. Another store that makes weapons, Eldritch, has a stance HUD where you can choose between different kinds of poses. That is what every damn blacksmithy should have! The combat animations are hmm..standard..and also weird. There’s a few where you’re ninja flip spinning through the air..doing that with a baseball bat just doesn’t seem to fit very well. I’d rather just have..you know..a baseball swing? It’s the same with AOs, for some reason every single jump in any AO is like a triple flip with two corkscrews. Give us some realistic animations for pity’s sake!
In any case, the bat is a stellar addition to a grungy, rough looking post-apocalyptic outfit. It would be a fine thing to fight zombies with, that’s for sure. You can go pick it up at the We Love Roleplay event. I give it…8/10 seeded watermelon slices, not as easy to eat as seedless, but still delicious.

Sup party people? Trying to get back into the swing of blogging regularly again. I took a lil trip over to TMD AKA The Mens Dept recently, kind of stopped going for a lil bit because there’s really no Aesthetic mesh body things there. Still a great event even though this time I found a bit less than the other times. Some of the stuff there can be a bit…strange. I’m not really a fashionista, so the modern trends are a bit lost on me. The designs of some clothes are like straps everywhere like it’s a Square game and buttons and jumpsuits with short shorts and…I don’t even know! Simple and nice quality is just the way to go, in my opinion. You don’t need to make a rainbow fishnet sparkle jumpsuit with dildos strapped to it to make something stand out.
Speaking of simple and nice quality, the shirt is from Redgrave at the event. They always make very good quality male clothing. Anything I’ve bought from them has fit any body shape I’ve used, besides the mesh one of course. Though with the TMP body it would probably fit fine. Wish there were more color options for the shirt and vest, but can’t complain too much.
A bit of a more detailed look at the tattoo from Reckless, which is also at the event. I don’t come across many tattoos that I like. Most of them are WAYYY too busy for me to the point of where you can’t even see any detail at all. It’s like you might as well have big black splotches all over your body. This tattoo however is very lovely. There’s a lot going on but you can see the details of the skulls and the “Take Risk” near the elbow perfectly. Also comes with appliers for a couple of the major mesh bodies, so if you’re a gal you can rock this too.
Go check out TMD if you haven’t already, they also got furniture and stuff for the ladies.
